Welcome to GI Design Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and business transactions. By engaging with GI Design Studio, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Definitions

• “Company” refers to GI Design Studio, an Indian-based design studio.

• “Client” refers to any individual or business engaging with our services.

• “Services” include graphic design, branding, web design, UI/UX design, and other creative services provided by GI Design Studio.

• “Agreement” refers to the contract between GI Design Studio and the Client.

2. Scope of Services

GI Design Studio provides professional design services as agreed upon in the project proposal, including deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required before the commencement of any project.

• The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion before the final deliverables are shared.

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Late payments beyond 7 days from the due date may incur a late fee.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All designs remain the property of GI Design Studio until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, the Client receives exclusive usage rights to the final design.

• GI Design Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.

5. Revisions & Modifications

• The Client is entitled to two (2) free revisions per project.

• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

• Major design changes after final approval will be treated as a new project.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep any confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

• GI Design Studio may use project details for promotional purposes unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• If the Client cancels a project after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.

• If GI Design Studio cancels the project, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.

8. Liability & Warranty

• GI Design Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its designs.

• Once final files are delivered, the Client is responsible for their safekeeping.

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from our designs.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, India].

10. Amendments & Updates

GI Design Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
